Eto’o on amateurism and lack of professionalism in Cameroon FA. Why so much talk ?

● For almost two weeks now, lovers of Cameroon football are still to grapple with Samuel Eto'o's decision not to play for the indomitable lions. In a written letter to FECAFOOT on Monday August 27, 2012, Samuel Eto'o declared he was not longer interested to play for the indomitable lions of Cameroon due to the amateurism and lack of professionalism that has characterized the management of the Cameroon football. This decision had been forecasted by many when FECAFOOT slammed a 15 match ban to Eto'o, and later reduced it to 8 months last January 2012.
