• West Brom striker Peter Odemwingie has called-off his international career with Nigeria after his name was omitted from the 32-man provisional squad for next month's Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa. The relationship between Odemwingie and the coach Stephen Keshi went sour since last February 2012 when he was substituted in a friendly game against Rwanda due to his request for an excuse caused by an injury.
