● The coach of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon Jean Paul Akono has called in two new players in a list of 24 ahead of their friendly against Albania in Geneva on the 14th of November 2012.

The gigantic striker Pierre Boya of Randers FC also gets the coach's beckon after playing four games and scoring one goal for the lions between 2005 and 2007. Same for Andongcho Mathew Mbuta who won favours with the lions' supporterss for scoring in almost all of the 6 games he played with the team, but was pushed out by the outsted coach Denis Lavagne who wanted to convert this fine striker into a central defender without success. The others are mainly regulars.
Meanwhile, Jean Paul Akono has flushed out some old hands from the den, with the greatest casualty being the heavily criticized goalkeeper Kameni Carlos. His recent poor shape and inability to make first team in Malaga FC in the Spanish Liga greatly created this sidelining effect. Aurelien Chedjou also pays the prize for his recent media brawl with the manager whom he called a liar and refused to play him in the recent duel against Cape Verde in Yaounde.
