● Lion's abroad over the past weekend recorded some successes in their club participation, though a significant impact of these successes has been orchestrated by team work.

The English premier league entered its 25th day of play last Saturday February 2, 2013, with creeping Queens Park Rangers (QPR) of Stephane Mbia pulling a virgin draw (0-0) with Norwich City of Sebastien Bassong. In a hotly contested game, Tottenham Hotspur of Benoit Assou Ekotto forcefully defeated West Bromwich Albion by 1-0.
Day 17 of the Portuguese league did not seem promising to Vitória Setúbal of Albert Meyon Ze, as they were seriously beaten by an excellent Benfica by 0-3.
Things did not go well with Schalke 04 of Jöel Matip on the 20th day play in the German division 1 league (Bundes Liga) as they lost their game at home against Greuther Fürth by 1 goal to 2.
